How to complete your registration
Please complete the following two steps to complete your registration:
- Download the attached registration form: mbsr_registration_form.docx
Fill it out
Email back to me: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Make payment for the course
Please make payment via bank transfer to 12-3629-0131546-00, please use your name as reference
(Payment of the full fee is required before commencement of the course)
If you have a discount code, please pay the discounted rate before the date quoted with your discount in order to qualify. If you have any questions please email me!
I recognize that sometimes life gets in the way of the best intentions! I'll try and be as flexible as I can to accommodate you and it may be possible for you to transfer to a future course. If you need to withdraw altogether from a course please see below for refund terms.
A 90% refund will be issued if cancellation is received up to 4 weeks before the course start date.
A 50% refund will be issued if up to 2 weeks before the course start date.
No refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the start date except in extenuating circumstances.
If for any reason the course does not go ahead, you will receive a 100% refund.
My goal is to keep the course accessible to all those who could benefit. Those experiencing financial hardship are welcome to contact me to discuss a discount or payment plan.

I've found that it's beneficial to speak on the phone individually before meeting as a group. After receiving your registration form, I'll be in touch to speak with you briefly about your particular intentions for the course and to answer any questions you may have.
