I know all this is possible because I did it. I had to find a new way to live because in April 2011, I heard the words no 36 year old expects to hear "You have cancer".....that unforgettable moment is engraved in my memory like it was 5 minutes ago - its safe to say it was a gamechanger!
From that day on, my life, and the way I lived it, was never the same. Following the usual succession of treatments I realised I needed to rethink how I was doing things.
I've been on a transformational journey to experience what good health really is and how to get it. And I want to share this with you.
