The shock of a diagnosis can turn your world upside down. You may be scared, angry, or both! 

It’s easy to feel you're on your own, that your body’s let you down, and you’ve lost all control over your life. 

Sometimes it feels that others look at you and just see your diagnosis rather than a person.  You wonder if you'll ever feel like 'you' again.

You may want to try making some healthy changes, but it's hard to know where to start.  ​There is a lot of information out there, and it sure is confusing!

You don't have to do it on your own.

I understand what you're feeling, because I've felt it myself.   In April 2011, I heard the words no 36 year old expects to hear "You have breast cancer".....that unforgettable moment is engraved in my memory like it was 5 minutes ago - from that day on, my life, and the way I lived it, was never the same.

​Following the usual succession of treatments (lumpectomy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy),
 I realised I needed to rethink how I was doing things.  

I had ignored my body for far too long.  I wanted to know I was doing everything I possibly could to support my body in being as healthy as it could be for as long as possible.

My transformation has inspired me to support others coping with  or recovering from a serious illness to do all they can to be healthy, gain energy, and feel great in their bodies again.
