Can't cook? Don't sweat it - neither can I. Despite this, we both know the best food for us is that made with our own hot little hands. So let's get cooking. I have not created these recipes, I have left that to the professionals, but I promise you I have cooked them, ate them and loved them, and you will too!

I'm not a natural cook, as in I used to sometimes eat Weetbix for tea.
Following my illness I learned the importance of what we put in our body. That what you eat actually becomes your body. Literally. What a revelation! What we (the people who don't like to cook) need, is an attitude change. Cooking creates health in our bodies. It brings our family and friends together. It's an adventure (literally because we have no idea what we are doing!). Its fun. And its tasty. And I want to prove that to you! |
