Remember having endless energy?  Feeling like you had all the time in the world?  Effortlessly throwing on any old thing and looking and feeling amazing?  

(It was probably when you were a bit younger - and maybe didn't have kids, or a mortgage, or a dodgy knee....!).

If now your days are mostly filled with overwhelm, exhaustion and feeling stuck with no time to look after yourself - then we need to chat.  It doesn't have to be this way!  I know its possible to reduce stress, get more energy, and feel amazing in your body - and still have time to manage all your other responsibilities!  

And becoming healthy doesn't mean being boring or resentful or secretly wishing you were living like you used to - I know because I did it! 

What's the secret to a life filled with passion, energy, laughter and love?  I'm not sure I can answer that in one sentence, but I do know that good health is the vehicle you'll need to get there.  

Good health is a blessing, without it - it's hard to live the life you really want to live.  But it does need some attention - and I can help support you in living well the best way you can. 

I know, that you know, that what you eat does make a difference.   But for something so simple, it can often seem really complicated.  But if you don't know your chia seeds from your goji berries, then don't worry.  Good nutrition is key, and I can help show you the simple, uncomplicated path through it all.

But good health isn't just what we put in our mouth.  We are complex beings! The way we manage stress and our emotions, the way we interact with those closest to us, to the stranger in the street, our work and occupation, and our environment - they all effect how resilient and healthy we are.

There is no puritanical regime here, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.  I will help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that mean you can reach your current and future health goals.
